Job Title: Case Manager – Community Support Services
Location: Port Angeles, WA (On-site only)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
Pay: $24 to $27 per hour (DOE/DOQ)

As a Case Manager in our Community Support Services department, you’ll provide direct support to clients through individualized service planning, advocacy, and coordination of care. This is a dynamic role for someone passionate about behavioral health and community impact.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver person-centered case management services.
- Support clients in accessing housing, food, transportation, and employment.
- Collaborate with hospitals and community agencies.
- Provide psychoeducational and supportive counseling.
- Maintain compliance with documentation and confidentiality standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in case management or clinical services
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings and provide vaccination records (MMR, Hep B, Tdap, flu)
- Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration credential (assistance provided)
