Key Result Area:

¨ Adhere to safety and operational practices.

¨ Perform maintenance services to ensure a smooth-running operation. Supports preventive maintenance program and proactively looks for ways to purchase best value for company needs.

¨ Able to operate all equipment at the GoMulch depots (forklifts, loaders, excavator, trucks, etc.) to support depot operations as needed to provide excellent customer service.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

¨ Maintain preventive maintenance in accordance with a daily checklist and adjustments to the equipment and machinery.

¨ Operate all equipment at the GoMulch depots (forklifts, loaders, excavator, trucks, etc.) and load customers with equipment or manually as needed to provide excellent customer service.

¨Perform mechanical repairs on batching equipment, unloading equipment, rolling stock and company vehicles.

¨ Perform routine maintenance within the site (changing light bulbs, ballast, etc.)

¨ Perform construction repairs, valve replacements, outlets changed.

¨ Perform plumbing repairs.

¨ Perform minimal electrical tasks.

¨ Fabrication and welding as needed for production and special projects.

¨ Change a/c filters.

¨ Complete work orders and various other tracking devices.

¨ Responsible for housekeeping throughout depot and plant areas.

¨ Ability to collaborate with Teams and alone.

¨ Complies with all Company policies and procedures.

¨ Primary shift is daytime hours, but able to work any hour as reasonably required to support depot operations.

¨ Other duties and special projects as assigned.

¨ Able to perform and understand LOTO processes and ensure the optimal procedures are followed for meeting company’s objectives.

¨ Ensure the inspection of material handling equipment for defects and ensure repairs are completed.

¨ Review of Loader, Forklift, Excavator and Grinder inspection sheets. Evaluating errors and resolving operator communications and complaints.

¨ Maintain accuracy of component trailer status.

Schedule:

• 10-hour shift
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Position is based in Bonita Springs.
• Must be willing to travel to any GoMulch depot or manufacturing plant.

Experience:

• Mechanic: 2 years (Required)
• Electrical: 2 years (Preferred)
• Welding: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person. Not remote.
