Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. 
Pharmacist coverage is needed on November 7, 2025, for an outpatient/retail setting in Eagle Grove, IA. This per diem position offers the opportunity to provide essential pharmacy services during an 8 AM to 5 PM shift.
Responsibilities:

<li>Manage typical outpatient pharmacy duties including dispensing medication, counseling patients, and ensuring accurate prescriptions.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and ensure proper documentation.</li>
<li>Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Valid Iowa Pharmacist License.</li>
<li>Experience in retail or outpatient pharmacy settings preferred.</li>
