What You’ll Take On

• Configure steering, electrical, and fuel systems—from layout to final tests.
• Perform detailed safety and functionality checks on every component you touch.
• Install accessories and equipment according to specs and best practices.
• Team up with fellow techs to troubleshoot and resolve rigging challenges.
• Maintain a tidy, compliant work area and follow all safety protocols.
• Engage customers with clear, courteous communication and timely updates.
• Keep your skills sharp by tracking new marine rigging trends and technology.

What Makes You a Fit

• HS diploma or equivalent; marine technology coursework or certification is a bonus.
• Practical experience in boat rigging or related marine/mechanical work.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic ability.
• Team player who can also work solo with minimal oversight.
• Good communicator with a service-oriented approach.
• Comfortable with marine electrical systems and associated tools.
• Available for flexible scheduling, including occasional weekends.
