Oversee daily nursing operations under the direction of the DON and the Leadership Team.

Responsibilities
- Supervise& staff& and& ensure& adherence& to& regulatory& standards,& facility& policies,& and& professional& guidelines.
- Assist& in& reviewing& and& updating& policies& and& procedures;& ensure& policies& align& with& clinical& practice& and& regulatory& requirements.
- Support& the& Safety& Program,& Emergency& Preparedness,& and& documentation& compliance.
- Ensure& safe& medication& management,& including& storage,& ordering,& and& administration& practices.
- Provide& guidance& to& staff,& patients,& physicians,& and& visitors,& including& during& crises& or& emergency& situations.
- Participate& in& Quality& Improvement& initiatives& and& support& risk& mitigation.
- Assist& with& Risk& Management& activities,& including& root& cause& analysis& of& adverse& events.
- Promote& a& culture& of& safety& and& investigate& patient,& visitor,& or& staff& concerns,& escalating& when& appropriate.
- Assist& the& DON& with& staff& meetings& and& communication& of& facility& updates.
- Perform& duties& as& needed& to& maintain& patient& safety& and& efficient& facility& operations.

Qualifications
- Current,& active,& unencumbered& RN& license& in& Georgia.
- Bachelor's& degree& in& a& health-related& or& business& field.
