Why You’ll Enjoy Working Here
This is a unique chance to join a private, multi-specialty pediatric and orthopedic practice that has been a trusted community resource for over 40 years. You will begin with a full patient schedule, work alongside a high-performing team, and receive mentorship from a Tufts faculty orthodontist dedicated to collaborative care.
The practice is well-respected, organized, and family-oriented, free from chaos and DSO burnout. The systems are efficient, the culture is cooperative, and you will never feel like just another “provider.” If you seek clinical and professional growth, this position offers a clear pathway to ownership in a sustainable practice.

- Professional, Clear Communication - Our team values direct and respectful communication with patients, assistants, and colleagues. We seek individuals who are willing to speak up, listen attentively, and engage in conversations with professionalism and courtesy.
- Efficiency Without Sacrificing Quality - Children can be restless, and our team knows how to manage that. Appointments are designed for speed and strategy, utilizing sedation tools and quadrant-based planning to provide high-quality care within realistic timeframes. You will benefit from systems that respect both your time and that of the patients.
- Collaboration Between Specialties - As a pediatric-ortho practice, teamwork across specialties is integral to our daily operations. Treatment plans are shared, patient care is continuous, and open communication among doctors is crucial.
- Stability and Leadership from the Top - Dr. Ben is not only an orthodontist but also a Tufts faculty member and a second-generation practice owner. He actively invests in the systems and structure to ensure this is a place where the right associate can evolve into a leadership or ownership role over time.
