Job Title: Ironworker/Welder
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Ironworkers/Welders to join our team in installing and replacing iron or steel beams, girders, and columns for the construction of buildings, bridges, and other structures. This role also requires experience in structural welding, with proficiency in MIG or STICK welding, and the ability to pass a 3G-4G welding test.
Responsibilities
- Install and replace iron or steel beams, girders, and columns.
- Perform MIG or STICK welding on structural components.
- Ensure quality and safety standards are met during construction projects.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in MIG or STICK welding.
- Ability to pass a 3G-4G welding test.
- 2+ years of experience in stick welding.
- 2+ years of experience in ironwork.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in structural steel and ironwork.
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Work Environment
Work Monday through Thursday from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, with some Fridays required. This role involves 50/50 travel, with per diem covering 100% of hotel accommodations and a daily allowance of $50. Embrace a flexible work schedule with opportunities for travel.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chester, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
