Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to join our team, focusing on small commercial medical facility renovation projects. This role requires a proactive individual who can oversee projects from conception to completion, primarily within the Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia area.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage small commercial medical facility renovation projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with team members and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues that arise.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and resolve any concerns.
Essential Skills
- 1.5+ years of experience in commercial or residential construction as a Superintendent.
- Proven experience in managing small interiors projects, with a preference for medical or dental facilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in interior construction projects is advantageous.
- Familiarity with renovation projects within the DC, VA, and MD areas.
Work Environment
This position requires full-time on-site presence, working closely with a dedicated team in the field. The work environment is collaborative, with a focus on delivering high-quality results for our clients. The individual will be based primarily in Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia, with occasional projects in Maryland.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Purcellville, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
