Competitive pay: $60,000 – $80,000+ annually (flat rate based on experience & certifications)

Responsibilities and Duties

Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, alignments, etc.)

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools

Conduct multi-point inspections and document findings accurately

Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and teammates

Follow all manufacturer and dealership repair standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Stay current with Subaru factory training and ASE certifications
Qualifications
-
2+ years of automotive technician experience preferred (Subaru experience is a big plus)
-
ASE Certification(s) highly preferred — or willingness to obtain

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to grow with a winning team
