The Service Department at Weller Recreation is a newer facility filled with industry leading Service Professions. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for various duties involved with gathering customer and vehicle information, creating repair orders, and dispatching work to the technicians.
The ideal candidate for this position is passionate about the industry or the brand, has exceptional customer service/problem solving skills, and has basic technical understanding. Learn as you go! Join us and receive on the job training from our team of powersport experts.
Responsibilities and Duties
– Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome
– Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle’s issues
– Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance
– Provide cost estimates for repairs and obtain customer approval
– Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
– Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
– Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer
– Process payments
– Maintain accurate records of all service transactions and customer communications.
-Assist with the coordination of alternate transportation including vehicle pick-up and/or drop-off request with the Service Manager.
-Actively engage with the Sales Department to schedule and complete Internal Service Work on a daily basis.
