About This Role
As the Front Desk & Decompression Assistant, you’ll be the first and last impression for every client that walks through our doors. You are responsible for creating a seamless, elevated client experience—from warm welcome to session support to ensuring our decompression area runs like a well-oiled machine.
Your performance is directly tied to client satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency.
You will be expected to follow systems, contribute solutions, and bring a positive, professional attitude every single day.

Core Responsibilities
Client Experience & Front Desk Excellence:
- Greet every client with intention, confidence, and warmth
- Manage check-ins, scheduling, reminders, and follow-up communication
- Maintain a spotless, welcoming front desk and lobby environment
- Answer calls, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Anticipate client needs and proactively elevate their experience
Decompression Support:
- Guide clients through our decompression process with clarity and confidence
- Prep the space and equipment before each session
- Maintain a calm, optimized environment for decompression
- Uphold safety, cleanliness, and operational protocols
Operational Performance:
- Follow all systems and SOPs with precision
- Support membership and service education conversations
- Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate them
- Keep accurate records, logs, and daily checklists
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet KPIs and client satisfaction metrics
KPIs You Will Own:
- Client satisfaction scores
- Schedule accuracy & client flow efficiency
- Facility cleanliness & readiness
- On-time task completion (opening/closing checklists, inventory, etc.)
- Conversion of first-time visitors to returning clients
- Drive client engagements by gathering specific numbers of referrals, reviews and testimonials per month
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior front desk, hospitality, wellness, fitness, medical office, or spa experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication
- Strong organizational abilities
- Comfortable with technology & scheduling systems
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand, move, bend, and prep the facility throughout the day
- Dependable, punctual, and coachable
