Assistant to Sales Manager / Sales Associate – Used Car Dealership
Location: AUTO WAREHOUSE, INC – Fort Collins, CO
Full-Time | Flexible Schedule

AUTO WAREHOUSE, INC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant to the Sales Manager to join our growing team. This full-time role combines sales support and administrative responsibilities, making it a great opportunity for someone organized, tech-savvy, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

• Greet and assist customers with vehicle selection

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries

• Assist with test drives, paperwork, and customer follow-up

• Maintain an organized and presentable showroom and lot

Administrative Support:

• Assist Sales Manager with daily administrative tasks

• Prepare documents, update records, and manage files

• Enter and update vehicle inventory in dealership software

• Help track sales performance and reporting

• Ensure timely processing of customer paperwork and transactions

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable using computers (experience with dealership software a plus)

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR

• Must pass a background check

• Customer service, retail, or office admin experience preferred

• Bilingual a plus
