Job Title: Project Manager - Civil
Job Location: Richmond, VA
Base Salary: $115K-155K
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Civil Project Management, with a strong background in industrial and commercial sitework projects - preferably involving data centers and/or warehouses.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Civil to oversee and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in earthwork, utilities, and sitework, with specific experience in data centers and warehouses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Develop project plans, detailing scope, resources, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct risk management analysis to minimize project risks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present regular project reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering projects, particularly in earthwork and utilities.
- Strong understanding of grading, sitework, and heavy job requirements.
- Experience managing data center and warehouse construction projects.
