Per Diem School-Based Clinician

Harmonia Collaborative Care partners closely with local schools to support students’ emotional well-being where they learn and grow. We are seeking a Per Diem School-Based Clinician who values collaboration, flexibility, and excellence in care.

This role is ideal for a clinician who wants to make a meaningful impact within the school community while delivering thoughtful, responsive, and relationship-based support.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual and group counseling services to students in school settings
• Collaborate closely with school staff, families, and Harmonia’s clinical teams
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation aligned with program standards
• Participate in supervision, consultation, and team collaboration as needed
• Uphold ethical, professional, and clinical standards of practice

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in a mental health or human services field
• NYS license or permit preferred (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT)
• Experience working with children and adolescents in school or community settings
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, flexible approach
• Commitment to quality care and professional excellence
