Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Worcester, MA
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire / Full-Time
We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead all phases of project delivery—from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep field experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build trust with clients and teams alike.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle project delivery: estimating, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution
- Manage field operations, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance
- Act as the primary liaison with clients, maintaining transparency and trust throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with preconstruction teams to develop competitive bids and value-engineered solutions
- Oversee financials, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior staff and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications/Preferred Credentials
- 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in platforms such as Procore, CMiC, and Bluebeam
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
- CSL certification
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience with healthcare, academic, life sciences, or cultural projects
- Familiarity with LEED or sustainable building practices
Work Environment
- 75% field-based, 25% office-based

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Worcester, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $86.53 - $96.15/hr.
