Job Description
The Sr. Preconstruction Manager will be responsible for managing the Preconstruction process for our clients. This includes; budget development, coordinating projects and teams, providing guidance to owners and design teams during design development phase. Value engineering projects to stay within client budgets. Led teams of estimators. The Sr. Preconstruction Manager is expected to perform takeoffs, write scopes, and properly qualify scopes of work.

<li>10+ years of professional exp w preconstruction</li>
<li>Leading a team of estimators in high volume environments</li>
<li>Working directly with owners</li>
<li>Preparing conceptual estimates with minimal information.</li>
<li>Both hard bid and negotiated work.</li>
</ul>
 
Responsibilities
 
<ul>
<li>Produce budgets for various projects.</li>
<li>Prepare conceptual and detailed budgets from documents (sketches, schematic design, design development)</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously in different stages of development.</li>
<li>Lead teams of estimators during the bid process</li>
<li>Review the bid documents and identify critical components of the Project that need focus from the operations team to ensure proper planning is performed</li>
<li>Reports to the VP level</li>
