Why You’ll Enjoy Working Here
This is a unique chance to join a private, multi-specialty pediatric and orthopedic practice with strong community ties and a history of providing high-quality care for over 40 years. You will start with a full patient roster, work alongside a high-performing team, and benefit from the mentorship of a Tufts faculty orthodontist who is dedicated to collaborative care.
The practice is well-respected, organized, and family-oriented, free from chaos and DSO burnout. The systems are efficient, the culture is collaborative, and you will never feel like just another “provider.” If you aspire to grow both clinically and professionally, this position offers a clear path to ownership in a sustainable practice.
You will thrive here if you appreciate working within a supportive team, value long-term patient relationships, and are eager to provide excellent pediatric care in a well-managed private practice. This role is ideal for someone confident in their clinical abilities, who communicates effectively, and wishes to be part of a close-knit office that takes pride in serving the community.
If you are uncertain about managing a full schedule or not ready to take ownership of your clinical decisions, this may not be the right fit for you. We seek someone prepared to integrate into a strong system, contribute positively to the culture, and grow with us for the long term.
Our Core Values
- Long-Term Trust Over Short-Term Gains - This practice has been a cornerstone of the community for over 40 years, with many patients who visited Dr. Ben’s father now bringing their children to him. Such generational trust is built through consistency, respect, and high clinical standards, reflected in every patient interaction.
- Professional, Clear Communication - Our team values direct and respectful communication with patients, assistants, and colleagues. We are looking for someone who speaks up, listens carefully, and engages in conversations with professionalism and courtesy.
- Efficiency Without Sacrificing Quality - Children can be restless, and our team knows how to manage that. Appointments are designed for speed and strategy, utilizing sedation tools and quadrant-based planning to provide high-quality care within realistic timeframes. You will be supported by systems that respect both your time and that of the patients.
- Collaboration Between Specialties - As a pediatric-ortho practice, teamwork across specialties is integral to our daily operations. Treatment plans are shared, patient care is continuous, and open communication among doctors is vital.
- Stability and Leadership from the Top - Dr. Ben is not only an orthodontist but also a Tufts faculty member, a second-generation practice owner, and a hands-on leader. He is actively investing in the systems and structure to create an environment where the right associate can evolve into a leadership or ownership role over time.
