Grounds Crew (Landscaping, Snow Removal & Property Maintenance)

Based in Longmont, CO Regional Travel Required (Within a Few Hours)

About You:
Youre someone who actually likes working outdoors, even in sideways snow. You show up on time, stay until the jobs done, and take pride in a job well done. You can handle tools, talk to clients respectfully, and you bring a positive attitude, even when the weather doesnt.Bonus if you're mechanically inclined or have snow removal experience.

Your Role:

In Spring/Summer:

• Mow lawns, trim hedges, and edge like a pro
• Install mulch, rock, and flowers and make it look great
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with irrigation repairs and seasonal cleanup

In Fall/Winter:

• Shovel, plow, salt, repeat with urgency and care
• Be ready for early-morning snow calls
• Keep equipment in good condition
• Help clients stay safe through slick conditions

Year-Round:

• Perform light repairs (fences, signs, paint, etc.)
• Remove debris and ensure properties are safe and tidy
• Communicate issues that need extra attention
• Be a reliable, respectful presence for our clients

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license (clean-ish record)
• Can lift 50+ lbs and keep moving
• Landscaping or maintenance experience preferred
• Comfortable working outside in all weather
• Professional, respectful, and down-to-earth

Extra Credit (Not Required But Cool as Hell):

• You know your way around a skid steer or snow plow
  
• Fix small engines like a backyard MacGyver
  
• CDL or DOT card
  
• You speak Spanish or another language? Bonus points
