Ally Psychiatry is expanding our behavioral health services across Alabama and seeking a compassionate, skilled ABA / Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team in the Montgomery and Birmingham areas. This position offers the opportunity to provide a mix of psychological testing, outpatient therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Position Highlights:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations, cognitive testing, and behavioral assessments
- Provide evidence-based outpatient psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults
- Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and create individualized treatment plans for patients with autism spectrum disorder and related behavioral challenges
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and BCBA professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing program development

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program
- Licensed or license-eligible Psychologist in the state of Alabama
- Experience or training in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and report-writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
