Position is part-time. (2) 3pm-Midnight shifts and (1) 11pm-7am shift. $13.00 per hour. Customer service experience is a must as well as basic computer skills. Hotel experience a plus. Must be reliable and friendly. Come be a part of our great team!
We are open 365/24/7 so some holidays are required as well as weekends. Must be flexible.
Guest Registration: Welcome guests upon arrival, verify their reservations, and check them in efficiently.
Provide room keys and explain hotel amenities and policies.
Reservation Management: Handle incoming reservations through various channels.
Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining an organized reservation system to prevent overbooking.
Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and assist with special requests.
Enhance the guest experience. Strive to create a positive and memorable stay for every guest.
Payment Processing: Process various forms of payment, including credit cards and cash,
ensuring accurate billing and maintaining records of all financial transactions.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, effectively
communicating with them and other hotel departments to relay important information.
Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, such as answering phones,
making reservations and updating guest information in the hotel’s computer system.
