Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, and boilers. Residential focused.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Conduct field service visits to residential or commercial properties, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, explain repair options, and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions that improve energy efficiency or system performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all service activities.

Experience

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience with a strong focus on customer communication and consultative sales.
• Proven ability to engage customers, identify needs, and close sales opportunities
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping customers
• Valid driver's license and HVAC certification/license preferred
• High school diploma or GED (HVAC trade school or apprenticeship a plus)

• Full-Time
• Monday Friday
