What You’ll Do
- Inspect structural, plumbing, mechanical & electrical work on public and private projects
- Issue notices, keep thorough records, and assist with plan check & front‐counter questions
What You Bring
- 3 + years’ inspection or construction experience
- Associate’s in Building Inspection Tech (or equivalent experience)
- Working knowledge of national codes, zoning & accessibility regs
- ICC Building Inspector cert (or on track to obtain) preferred
