Job Details
Your Role — What You’ll Do:
- Lead project kickoff meetings, reviewing bid documents and correspondence
- Negotiate contracts and subcontracts to clarify scope and mitigate risk
- Manage project setup logistics—submittals, RFIs, change orders, materials, labor, budgets, punch lists
- Place material orders after approvals and coordinate deliveries
- Present detailed work orders to production: specs, drawings, timelines, budgets
- Communicate closely with production teams and conduct on-site visits as needed
- Track Work-in-Progress (WIP), manage budgets, and perform post-project analysis
- Spot and manage change order opportunities: pricing, scope, negotiation
- Oversee project close-out: warranties, commissioning, manuals, as-builts
- Support billing and collections alongside the A/R Coordinator

- Education: High school diploma required; college degree a plus
- Experience: 3–5 years in project management; fencing or security industry experience preferred but not required
