If you like a fast-paced environment with an easy to work with crew, then look no further. We are looking for a qualified Carpenter to cut, fabricate and install wooden and other structures according to specifications. Your job will entail working in diverse settings to produce steady and functional infrastructure and products. The ideal candidate will also have good knowledge of wood carpentry and occasional metal framing. We are mostly a commercial framing company while doing siding and some residential jobs. Must be willing to travel as we work throughout the state of Wisconsin. Must be able to work with little supervision while following all health and safety standards is essential. The goal is to contribute to the construction and maintenance of strong and long-lasting buildings and products. This is an experienced position, and we are looking for someone who will step in and integrate seamlessly into our and or run their own crews. Responsibilities

• Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed.
• Hang cabinets and doors
• Install base and casing in a timely fashion to meet deadlines.
• Know how to do other miscellaneous finish carpentry tasks
• Be able to read a blueprint.
• Be able to follow safety plans that are set out for you.
• Understand tasks that are given to you and do them with minimal supervision.
• Take on leadership roles within the crews assigned
