Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently room patients and prepare them for examinations.
• Accurately document patient information and actively listen to their needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and management to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized environment by adhering to strict sanitation protocols before and after patient visits.
• Coordinate with administrative staff to manage patient referrals, authorizations, testing, and results.
• Effectively communicate patient needs to physicians and relay care plans to patients.
• Answer phone inquiries and complete tasks promptly and professionally.
• Assist with in-office medical procedures as needed.
• Uphold a sterile environment by following established infection control guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinic operations.

Tuesday- Thursday 7:45AM-5PM. This shift may change based on business needs.
