- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and ensure attendance.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet monthly targets.
- Provide a positive and professional impression of our company to every client.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a sales role.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-driven with the ability to handle rejection and persist professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Highly organized and able to manage time effectively.
