Job DescriptionDental Assistant About the Role&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; East Lansing, MI&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Full-Time (Monday - Thursday) &nbsp;We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to support our dental team in delivering high-quality patient care. This role involves chair-side assistance, radiograph imaging, sterilization, and administrative support.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Serves as Dentist’s chair-side assistant</li>
<li>Prepares and maintains sterilized operatory for patient treatment</li>
<li>Determine patient's chief complaint, take X-rays, perform independent procedures as delegated by Dentist</li>
<li>Assists with various clinical and administrative functions of the office as appropriate and as time permits</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently</li>
</ul>
Education and/or Experience:
<ul>
<li>Completion of accredited course in dental assisting (Certified Dental Assistant)</li>
<li>1-3 years of clinical experience</li>
<li>Current CPR certificate</li>
</ul>
