Outside Parts Sales Consultant - Jerry Seiner Salt Lake City

As part of our customer-focused Parts Department, you'll visit clients, grow accounts, and promote high-quality automotive parts that keep vehicles performing their best. What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while prospecting new business

• Act as a trusted resource and liaison between clients and our dealership

• Follow up on orders, verify stock and delivery status, and ensure customer satisfaction

• Communicate effectively with counter staff regarding delivery schedules and special orders

• Complete weekly call reports, expense logs, and mileage tracking

• Partner with the Parts Director on pricing, inventory, and customer account management

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills

• A strong understanding of automotive parts is preferred, along with experience using Parts Procurement Platforms and Estimating/Management Systems such as Collision Link, Repair Link, Parts Trader, and CCC (training provided on dealership systems)

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to represent the dealership with professionalism and integrity

• Ability to travel regularly, including out-of-state and overnight
