Spade Skin Care is an established medical spa proudly serving the South Bay area for over 14 years. We are seeking a motivated, personable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. This position is available full-time or part-time.
We are looking for an RN who is comfortable with patient interaction and sales conversations. Prior medical spa experience is not required — we provide training on treatments, protocols, and workflows.Spanish-speaking is preferred but not required.
What You’ll Do
- Perform and assist with medical spa treatments (training provided)
- Conduct patient consultations and recommend appropriate services
- Educate patients on treatment options and post-care
- Support sales and conversion of consultations into treatments
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols
- Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- Active California RN license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable discussing services and pricing with patients
- Sales-oriented mindset with a professional bedside manner
- Reliable, organized, and team-focused
- Must reside in the South Bay area

Compensation
- $40–$65 per hour, based on experience, skill set, and performance
