The Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC is one of Houston’s fastest-growing family law firms — and we’re expanding our sales team! We’re seeking a Experienced Sales Representative who thrives in a high-energy, client-focused environment. This role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of B2C sales experience (insurance, financial services, legal, or other consultative sales industries) who have a proven track record of closing warm leads and building trust quickly.
As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be the first impression of our firm — helping potential clients understand the value of working with our legal team and guiding them through the intake process with empathy, precision, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and online channels to qualify leads and explain our firm’s legal services.
- Conduct thorough intake consultations to assess clients’ legal needs and determine eligibility.
- Confidently present the value of our legal services and convert leads into scheduled consultations with attorneys.
- Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of prospective clients, following up consistently to maintain engagement.
- Meet and exceed individual and team-based sales goals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications and lead activity in the firm’s CRM (HubSpot preferred).
- Collaborate with the Intake and Marketing teams to optimize client experience and conversion performance.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and process improvements to management.
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and performance reporting.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of B2C sales experience (insurance, financial services, or related industries. Legal preferred).
- Proven success in high-volume, consultative sales environments, ideally with a service-based or emotionally driven product.
- Strong understanding of the sales funnel, from qualification to close.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
- Confident working with KPIs and sales metrics in a CRM system (HubSpot experience a plus).
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple leads simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (not required).
- Professional demeanor with empathy for clients navigating sensitive family law matters.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift between the hours of 7:30AM-7:00PM
- 40-hour work week
- Weekends as needed
