Job Description:
Tri Scapes is hiring experienced Tree Trimmersfor tree trimming, tree removals, and other vegetation management services on commercial, government, industrial, and utility projects, adhering strictly to safety protocols. The work will be performed from bucket trucks or aerial lifts along highways, commercial sites, government properties and utility rights-of-way, while following all safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Operate chainsaws, aerial lifts, and other specialized equipment safely.
- Climb trees using proper climbing gear and techniques when necessary.
- Work in coordination with ground crew to remove debris efficiently.
- Assess tree hazards and determine the best trimming or removal approach.
- Communicate effectively with team members and utility representatives.
- Trim and remove trees and vegetation near power lines.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on tools and equipment.
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license (CDL preferred but not required).
- Prior tree trimming and tree removal utilizing a bucket truck required.
- Utility line clearance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of tree trimming techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Available to travel and work overtime as needed.
