Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our expanding team. You’ll serve as the bridge between our customers and technicians, ensuring every client receives transparent communication, exceptional service, and a positive experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs in a friendly, professional manner
  
  
• Prepare repair orders and communicate recommendations clearly to customers
  
  
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work
  
  
• Provide status updates and manage expectations throughout the repair process
  
  
• Build lasting relationships with customers through trust and personalized service
  
  
• Maintain accurate records and support efficient shop operations
  
  

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role (preferred)
  
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
  
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair terminology
  
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a genuine desire to learn and grow
  
  
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
