Job Description:
The Driveshaft Manufacturing Associate works in a manufacturing environment producing quality driveshaft components while following all safety rules, work instructions, and company policies. This role requires the use of hand tools, production equipment, and basic computer systems to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm / Friday-Sunday, 6:00am-6:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly and manufacturing operations related to driveshaft production
- Follow all safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and work instructions
- Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and effectively
- Use basic computer systems for data entry, tracking, or production reporting
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Meet established productivity and quality goals
Qualifications:
- Some automotive or mechanical background required
- Experience with manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical work preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
