We're looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our elite team and grow with us as we expand across South Florida.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumbing Service Technician who is passionate about solving problems, helping customers, and delivering 5-star service. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems in residential homes while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and customer care.
Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, fixture failures, and water heater problems

Perform maintenance and installations for water heaters, toilets, faucets, and other fixtures

Provide customers with options and estimates using our in-house software.

Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure smooth scheduling and service

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service van

Follow all safety procedures and ensure work complies with local plumbing codes
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of residential service plumbing experience

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and solve problems under pressure

Tech-savvy with ability to use mobile apps and job software

Must be reliable, punctual, and drug-free
