Front Desk Coordinator
Location: Buckhead / Atlanta, GA
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Direct Hire
Compensation: Up to $50,000 Base + 10–15% Bonus + Benefits or Stipend

Position Overview
The Front Desk Coordinator will serve as the “face of the company” and the central point of contact for the office. This highly visible, people-focused role requires an individual who brings energy, warmth, and professionalism to every interaction.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, outgoing, polished, reliable, and friendly. While prior experience is helpful, recent college graduates or individuals with limited experience who possess a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. An interest in real estate is a plus, but finding the right personality and cultural fit remains the top priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
- Manage front desk operations and answer incoming calls
- Support staff with scheduling, administrative duties, and meeting preparation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting office environment
- Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and internal communications
- Coordinate monthly after-hours team events, including happy hours, outings, and social activities (some including significant others)
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and team members as needed
Qualifications & Personal Attributes
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates welcome)
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and highly personable demeanor

- Polished, professional presentation
- Strong organizational skills; reliable and punctual
