Architectural Project Manager
Location: Maitland, Florida
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000
Luxus Build is seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional who has advanced their career from design to Project Architect and now to Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 3 to 4 architectural projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Oversee project teams, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all phases of design and construction.
- Provide leadership in the preparation of design development and construction documents using Revit software.
- Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to industry standards and company practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in architecture, with a demonstrated progression from design to project management.
- Proven experience managing projects in one or more of the following sectors:
- Entertainment
- Hospitality
- Theme Parks
- Retail
- Food Services
- Mixed-Use Developments
- Proficiency in Revit software is required.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
