We have two opportunities - Front Desk and Childwatch. Both positions are part-time and we are looking for someone flexible and available for morning and late afternoon + some Saturday availability.

Burn Boot Camp South Lakeland is looking for a Member Experience Specialist whose main job is to ensure our customer experience is exceptional!

This role assists in running all "front of house" gym operations with a strong focus on premium customer service and community growth.

They will:

- Make sure members are greeted warmly and have an encouraging experience in our gym.

-Ensure the facility is maintained to our expected high standards.

-Actively promote memberships, apparel, and fitness products available in the gym.

-Assist with member and prospective member communication via company email, text, and phone calls.

If you are experienced in sales and customer service and love a vibrant and exciting environment with happy people, music, and energy- this could be the job for you!

Must be available to work either 8am - 12pm or 4pm-8pm at least 3 days/week, and 1-2 Saturday mornings per month.

Childwatch must love interacting with kids. Must be flexible and able to work mornings from 8:15am - 11:45am and or evenings from 4:15pm-7:45pm at least 3 days/week and 1-2 Saturday mornings per month.
