We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires proficiency with various tools and techniques, a strong understanding of plumbing schematics, and the ability to work effectively in both residential and commercial environments. As a Journeyperson Plumber, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and functionality of plumbing systems.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine plumbing installations.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for various plumbing tasks including construction plumbing and remodeling projects.
- Conduct field service work to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions for clients.
- Perform heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs of plumbing fixtures and systems.
- Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber with a strong knowledge of plumbing systems.
- Experience in construction plumbing and remodeling projects is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during work hours.
