We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead and manage commercial construction projects in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with commercial construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction operations on-site for commercial projects.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial projects.
