Job Title: Project Director (Hospital or Education Building)

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead at least 3 large-scale commercial construction projects ($50M+) at the same time. This leadership role will oversee all project phases, ensuring operational excellence, strategic execution, and strong stakeholder relationships.
 
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Lead full project lifecycle, from preconstruction to closeout</li>
<li>Drive safety culture and risk management</li>
<li>Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction</li>
<li>Oversee project budgets, schedules, and profitability</li>
<li>Lead and mentor cross-functional teams</li>
<li>Build strong subcontractor partnerships</li>
<li>Engage with community and industry groups</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
✅ 15+ years in commercial construction (include Hospital or Education Buildings)
✅ 5+ years in people/project leadership
✅ Proven track record managing large, 3 complex projects($50M+) at the same time.
✅ Strong strategic, financial, and communication skills
✅ Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related (or equivalent experience)
