Internal or Family Medicine Provider Needed in Southern MO

Annashae Healthcare is partnering with a facility in Southern IL to fill an opening for a full time Internal Medicine or Family Medicine provider. This provider will run an admissions team for a mental health center.

Job Duties include but not limited to the following:

Provide treatment to a caseload of patients on the pavilion
Evaluate assigned cases at intake
Sign certificate of admission
Order and interpret lab tests
Conduct initial physical exams(H&P) and makes diagnoses of patients

Qualifications / Requirements:

Current unrestricted MO< License (will wait for license to obtained)
Board Certified/Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
Current MO Controlled Substance certificate
Current unrestricted DEA certificate
Mantoux skin test prior to starting work or documentation of negative Mantoux within last 90 days
Clearance of required fingerprints and drug screen
