Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A well-established closed-door retail pharmacy associated with a clinic is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with tech assistance and a manageable prescription volume averaging 200 per day.
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
- No weekend work
Responsibilities:
- Verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy and patient safety
- Collaborate effectively with pharmacy technicians for smooth workflow
- Utilize knowledge of ScriptPro automation system (preferred)
- Provide immunizations and other patient care services as authorized
Qualifications:
- Active Missouri State Pharmacist license in good standing
- BLS/CPR certification
- Certified Immunizer credential
- Must file a Notice of Intent (NOI) with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy for vaccine or medication administration
