Job Title: Plumbing Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Supervisor to oversee and coordinate plumbing activities. This role involves mentoring staff, ensuring high-quality work, and liaising between management and team members.
Responsibilities
- Report to senior managers as required.
- Liaise between management and employees.
- Provide direction to the staff when the supervisor is off-site.
- Inspect contracted work as needed.
- Review all work orders before and after completion.
- Provide mentoring and training to staff members.
- Assist in hiring and training new employees.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions and workshops.
- Monitor both individual and team job performance metrics.
- Inform supervisors of completed and outstanding work orders.
- Provide technical guidance and assistance to staff.
- Relay productivity concerns to management.
- Prepare work schedules.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
- Attend and participate in meetings and training classes.
- Respond to emergency needs 24/7.
Essential Skills
- Six years of experience in plumbing or a related field, including two years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Journeyman License in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical.
- Experience with liaising between management and employees.
- Valid driver’s license.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education equivalent.
- Certifications or a professional license preferred.
- Additional education may substitute for required experience, and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.
