Automotive Service Director
Compensation: $180,000 – $200,000 per year (inclusive of commission and bonuses)
An established and highly respected NY auto group is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Director to lead a high-volume service department. This is a full-time opportunity offering a professional work environment, strong leadership support, continuous training, and excellent earning potential.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the service department, including staffing, financial performance, customer retention, and compliance.

Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed departmental goals.

Ensure consistent, high-quality service and minimize comebacks through strong quality control measures.

Foster teamwork within the department and maintain positive collaboration with other departments.

Promote exceptional customer experiences to encourage repeat and referral business.

Maintain compliance with manufacturer and regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular staff meetings, monitor technician productivity, and oversee payroll accuracy.

Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of automotive service management experience.

Proven success in operating a high-volume, fast-paced service department.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to adapt to industry changes and implement effective processes.

Job Type: Full-time
