Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic team. This role involves interpreting blueprints and welding symbols, performing various types of welding, and ensuring the quality and compliance of completed welds and structures.
Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols.
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding as required.
- Fabricate, assemble, and weld metal components according to specifications.
- Set up and operate welding equipment and fabrication machinery.
- Inspect completed welds and structures to ensure quality and compliance.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Essential Skills
- 1+ years of hands-on welding experience in a fabrication environment.
- Proficient in MIG and TIG welding (Stick welding is a plus).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols.
- Strong knowledge of metal types, thicknesses, and behavior under heat.
- Familiarity with grinders, torches, plasma cutters, and other tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- AWS Certification preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or GED required, trade school or vocational training a plus.

Work Environment
Work in a fabrication environment with shifts starting at 4pm-4am (5-5, 6-6, 7-7) and a $3 shift differential for the 2nd shift. Expect to work 48-55 hours per week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Twinsburg, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.
