Master Technician

The Master Technician must be proficient in diagnosing and inspecting repairs for various make and model vehicles, including Kia specialized components.
Role Responsibilities:
- Examine, identify, and plan the work arrangements of the vehicle with the Master Technician for communication to the customers. The Master Technician must provide labor time and parts estimates to the Service Advisor.
- Repair and replace systems including engine, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and warranty work to required specifications promptly.
- Conduct road tests on vehicles to confirm resolutions to issues. Guarantee procedures will comply with customer, manufacturer, and company standards.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks aimed at preserving vehicle longevity and functionality.
- Attend factory-sponsored seminars to gain insight into the latest automotive technology and industry trends.
Employee Prerequisites:
- Automotive Technician's knowledge/experience and tools are REQUIRED. Pay is based on experience.
- Must be a GM Certified Technician
- Ability to comprehend and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operating, maintenance, and procedure manuals.
- Flexible schedule
- Utilize safety equipment when in designated workplaces. Maintain a clean and tidy workspace in accordance with the company regulations.
