Job Description
The Chiropractic Assistant plays a vital role in supporting our patients and clinical team. You’ll guide and monitor patients through their daily therapies, communicate with the chiropractor to ensure high-quality care, and keep treatment rooms organized, sanitized, and efficient.
In addition to clinical responsibilities, this position also requires cross-training at the Front Desk to assist with tasks such as patient check-in, check-out, scheduling, answering calls, and general reception support when needed.

The starting pay for this position is entry-level, but there is clear opportunity for growth as you advance and gain experience within the company.
Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:
• 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Lunch break
• 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday:
• 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
No weekends.
Responsibilities
Patient Care & Support
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival
- Prepare patients for treatment (explain procedures, assist with proper positioning, ensure comfort)
- Guide and monitor patients through daily therapies
- Communicate with the chiropractor throughout the day to support quality patient care
- Assist patients with paperwork and office forms
- Answer basic patient questions or direct them to the chiropractor
- Coordinate patient referrals and follow-ups
Clinical & Office Support
- Accurately document therapies on the Daily Charge Sheet
- Sanitize treatment tables, tools, and equipment between patients
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Support the chiropractor during patient treatments
- Relay messages promptly between the chiropractor and patients
- Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies need to be reordered
- Direct patients to the receptionist for checkout
Front Desk Cross-Training
- Assist with patient check-in and checkout when needed
- Answer phone calls and route messages appropriately
- Schedule appointments and confirm upcoming visits
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the reception desk
Requirements
- No experience necessary — we provide full training
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish), but not required
- Must be reliable, professional, and comfortable interacting with patients
- Must be able to complete a Level 2 Background Check
- Must be able to maintain a clean, organized, and friendly environment
- Must have strong communication and people skills
