Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patient condition and progress on the medical-surgical unit
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on recovery processes and health maintenance
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to healthcare standards
