**Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)**

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help oversee and help lead our nursing department. **Responsibilities:**

- Help direct the day-to-day operations of the nursing department in compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

- Help supervise and support nursing staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

- Help collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident care plans.

- Help ensure accurate documentation, including MDS assessments, medical records, and documentation reviews.

- Help uphold resident rights and promote a culture of respect and dignity within the facility.

- Help Manage nursing home systems efficiently to optimize resident care outcomes.

**Requirements:**

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois.

- Experience in nurse management or leadership role.

- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and nursing best practices.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
