This role is different. We require a technician who can not only fix cars but also explain findings out loud in bilingual video inspections. Customers don’t just see what’s wrong—they need to hear it explained clearly in both English and Spanish.
What You’ll Do
- Perform accurate, efficient vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Record bilingual video inspections (English & Spanish) – explaining findings clearly in your voice while showing the issue
- Diagnose and repair vehicles with precision—no guessing, no shortcuts
- Handle core services: brakes, suspension, tires, alignments, maintenance, light diagnostics
- Work closely with service advisors to deliver complete and honest information
- Keep your bay clean, professional, and efficient
What You Must Bring
- Proven shop experience (mandatory)
- Fluent in English & Spanish – must be able to speak clearly on inspection videos
- Strong, professional voice and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license + clean record
- Full set of professional tools required – no exceptions
- Reliability, strong work ethic, and a professional attitude

- People who can’t speak clearly or confidently while recording inspections
- Weak communicators who don’t connect with customers
- Applicants without tools or proper equipment
